What happens if I don’t activate my kit before sending it in?

Please note that this is only applicable if you have received instructions to activate and a barcode is within your kit. 

If you do not activate your kit before returning your sample to us, we will be unable to test your sample. You can purchase a second test for £25 (this is just to cover our fulfilment fees).
