Will my results be inaccurate if my sample is delayed in the post?

Our collection tubes all contain some additives that help to preserve and stabilise your blood sample, whilst it’s in transit. In case of some postal delays (it happens sometimes), the lab will let us know if it has been too long, and we’ll send you a replacement kit free of charge.
