Will my results be inaccurate if my sample is delayed in the post?

Our sample collection tubes are designed to keep your blood sample safe whilst it’s in transit, however, delays or extreme temperature changes might impact your sample.

In case of postal delays (these things are out of our control sometimes!), the lab will let us know if they cannot process your sample, and we’ll send you a replacement kit free of charge if this is your first blood collection kit.
