The bespoke panel of hormones which you will be tested for is determined by the answers to your online health assessment and will be displayed to you before checkout.  If you have any queries at this point, please reach out to our customer care team.

Please note that if you purchase an at home Hormone & Fertility Test, collect your sample and receive your results, we are then unable to provide a refund if you claim to not have understood which hormones we were able to test you for. Please see our refund policy for further details.
