Can I send my test to you from another country?

We would not advise you to fly with your sample. This is because we do not know how the impact of air travel can affect the blood in the tube. We cannot guarantee that it would not alter the composition of the blood and therefore, affect the accuracy of your results.

If you do not live within the UK or Ireland and wish to take a Hertility test, we are happy to dispatch a kit to your temporary address if you are visiting.

Please note however that we are unable to offer a refund if for any reason you are unable to take your test and return it to us before your departure date. We are also unable to offer a refund if you have left the UK and the lab cannot fully process your sample and require an additional sample from you to complete the test.
