I couldn’t fill the collection tube, what should I do?

If you have used all of the lancets but only managed to fill the tube to the first line (0.5ml), please return your sample to the lab as they may be able to test some of your hormones.

Please be aware this is not always guaranteed.

If you have not been able to get enough blood to reach the first line (0.5ml), please reach out to the Customer Care team and we can help you to make a plan to support you with testing.
